How do I select Vidant Heatlh or Vidant ECU?

ECU Physicians is the largest medical practice in eastern North Carolina and offers a range of services that includes family medicine, primary care, heart and vascular care, women's services and several others. In addition, ECU Physicians is a national Level 1 Trauma Center.

Why is my ECU account not showing up in MyChart?

Open the app after you have installed it on your device. You will be asked to select a state - choose North Carolina. Next, select your healthcare organization. Select ECU if you are primarily an ECU Physicians patient. Select Vidant Heatlh if you are a patient at a Vidant Hospital, Vidant Medical Group Practice or Our Children's Clinic.

How long does it take to get a MyChart activation code?

Some patients may be able to click the "I need an activation code" button on the MyChart login page, complete a request form and you will be sent an Activation Code within 3 business days via email. Return to Top.

Does MyChart have an activation code?

No, your activation code is not your MyChart ID or password. You will use this code only once to log into MyChart for the first time. (The code will expire after you have used it or after 180 days). When you log into MyChart the first time, you will then be asked to create your own unique MyChart ID and password.
