To get to your patient portal, you’ll need to contact your medical provider’s office for the web address. They can also provide you with instructions on how to register and log in if you need them. Can I use a patient portal during a medical emergency?
Patient Portals should NOT be used during medical emergencies, call 911 instead for immediate attention.

Where is a treatment plan delivered?
Your treatment plan is delivered directly to the patient’s mobile device. Prescriptions are sent to their pharmacy. Follow-up appointments are automatically scheduled.
