Manage your healthcare and billing with MyChart

MyChart is a free online patient portal that UW Medicine offers patients. With MyChart, you can easily access your medical records, appointment scheduling, billing and payment information, prescription refills and more — all in one secure location.

MyChart offers many features to help you manage your care. The chart below shows all the features that existed before March, and the helpful new features we’ve added.

Can I add a record of my COVID-19 vaccine to MyChart if I received it outside the UW Medicine system?

Yes. You may do this by sending a photo of your vaccine card to your provider through MyChart or by bringing your vaccine card to your next appointment with a UW Medicine provider. If you received your vaccination through UW Medicine, there is no need to do anything as a record of your vaccination will be added automatically to our system.

Once you or a household member test postive, eCare starts our Covid-19 emergency plan.#N#Our DON Doctor of Nurses comes to visit daily, to check on your condition. We monitor your recover and work with your doctor's.

COVID-19 DISINFECTANT

We disinfectant your house daily. And provide a ULV Electric Spray Fogger, Atomizer Disinfection Machine with Strong Light for you to use as necessary.

HOME HEALTH AID

When you are unable to do day to day shores, eCare will help get the job done!
