At East Alabama Medical Center and EAMC-Lanier, we value your privacy and take great measures to protect your information. Please ensure that you include an accurate and up-to-date email address when you register online or in person to ensure that you will receive an email invitation to My EAH.

Self-Enrollment

Self-enrollment is available for East Alabama Health patients who are age 19 or older who don't currently have access to My EAH Record.

After your hospital visit

Provide your email address when registering. It will be required for you to access your My EAH account.

Without a hospital visit
