How do I access the MD imaging patient portal?

Patient Portals MDI Hospital & Health Centers offer easy, private access to your medical information online through three secure patient portals. To enroll in the Health Center Patient Portal, contact your provider’s office. To enroll in the Hospital Patient Portal, contact the Hospital’s Health Information Management (HIM) Department.
