I was Dr. Kelly’s patient for many years and had a strong relationship with her, treating my Type II Diabetes. My husband was her patient as well. After he had Pulmonary Emboli, I called her office to set up an appointment for my husband and was told he was no longer her patient.

Trying for weeks to get an answer to a simple question regarding a prescription. Numerous telephone calls and even went to the office in person but have been completely rebuffed.
