Rude and unsympathetic office manager

I made an appointment for my mom’s blood test to determine her calcium level. On the day of the appointment, I called the office to verify the procedure under COVID-19 and was informed I wouldn’t be allowed in the office, only patients. I waited for over an hour and half.

Simply outstanding!

Dr. Clements was the light at the end of my tunnel. I have been suffering for over 25 years with the same symptoms, receiving abundant prescriptions for “pain relief”. As her patient for approximately two years now, I can solidly say her professionalism, empathy and pain management recommendations are stellar.

Avoid her like the plague

Dr. Clements has a horrible attitude. She acts like she is God. When I rightfully complained about a complete screwup by her staff she got nasty with me and refused to see me again acting like it was my fault! I think she has a serious mental disorder and should be avoided at all costs.

I have been seeing Dr. Clements for about 10 years. In all that time I never once had a problem with her or felt she was rushing me out. I do not know how she could get any 1.0 on a review. She has also seen my wife with great success. She is smart and cares.
