Feb 25, 2016 · Still no answer here? One person, in another thread, resorted to generating a new profile. Sad, but it worked for him. I have been attempting to interface with the Help Desk folks to fix my email notification issues when new Lab Results are posted, but I have had no success over the past 2 months.
