When will I have medical information in my Portal account?

You will only have medical information in your portal account if you have been seen at the hospital or clinics since April 15, 2019. Previous medical information is “pre-loaded” into your health record prior to your visit, but that information is not loaded into your portal.

Enrollment Invitation – Davis Regional Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Along with test results, UC Davis Health is pleased to share online access to most of the notes our health care team writes about a patient’s visit or hospital stay. This is related to the national movement toward “Open Notes.” You are invited to read your notes on MyUCDavisHealth – your secure, confidential patient health record portal.

How to request an appointment with DCHC?

You can request an appointment by visiting MyDCHC Portal and clicking on “Request an Appointment.”. You will enter in your desired appointment time and will receive a secure electronic message or phone call back to confirm your appointment.
