eCare, our new electronic medical record, was launched in May of 2015, and Brigham and Women's was the first entity in the Mass General Brigham System to implement it in the clinical setting.
To obtain a copy of your medical record, you must properly complete an Authorization form and submit it to HIS. The form includes instructions and is available in English and Spanish. You may submit your completed form to HIS using any of the following methods: Fax your Authorization form to 770-810-4161.
