You will need to register your email with CityMD and become web-enabled to gain access to your patient portal. Lab results are delivered to your patient portal account. Log in or register online. Please wait at least seven to ten days after your visit to view your lab results online .

How do I access the lab test results of other family members?

If you have been authorized to view the lab test results of other family members, you will need to register each team member individually for the portal linked to a unique email address.

Can I communicate with CityMD through the Portal?
