Your secure patient portal makes connecting with your doctor easy. Communicate with your physician from anywhere you have an internet connection, 24 hours a day. Make appointments, ask questions, or review lab results from previous visits when it is convenient for you.

Who can use the completecare mobile app?

Any current CompleteCare patient can use it. If you are new to CompleteCare, you will need to have at least one visit before you can sign up.

Make an Appointment

Patients are seen by appointment – on the same day the appointment is made if possible. To schedule an appointment, please call (713) 791-9100 during regular business hours.

New Patients

New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download, print, and complete the forms prior to your appointment. Please bring the completed forms, a list of all medications you are currently taking, recent copies of x-rays, lab results and your insurance card to your appointment.

Insurance

We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and I.D. with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.

We are happy to help with refill requests during regular office hours, so please call us at (713) 791-9100 to let us know what you need.

After-Hours & Emergencies

Complete Women's Care Center is a comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological practice with an intimate and caring environment where you will receive the highest level of care for yourself and your unborn baby, with state-of-the-art facilities and the most up to date prenatal testing. We treat each patient as an individual, not a number, and as women and mothers ourselves we understand and respect the enormous trust that you put in your caregivers at this miraculous time in your life. We practice the full range of gynecologic services at Complete Women's Care Center - from annual check-ups and routine Pap smears, to gynecologic problem visits and surgeries performed in an outpatient surgicenter or in the hospital. Our doctors are trained in the latest gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopic, laser and robotic surgery, vaginal and incontinence surgery, endometrial ablation, permanent sterilization, infertility procedures and ultrasound.

Complete Women's Care Center is also dedicated to meeting the needs of unique subspecialty services as well such as pediatric and adolescent gynecology, infertility, perimenopausal and post menopausal. CWCC is now offering telehealth visits for non-pregnant patients who do not require a physical exam. My Health Record is an online service through which you can access your personal health records anytime, anywhere. You can use it view your medical record, record your health notes and view test results.
