What is a pre-visit update?

The Pre-Visit Update activity allows the patients to complete many of the visit check-in steps prior to arriving for their appointment. Patients can verify their personal information, insurance coverage, allergies, health issues, medications, pharmacy preferences, health history, and sign any eSignature consent forms.

Does Columbus Regional Health have telehealth?

In 2020 Columbus Regional Health launched telehealth visits through MyChart. Telehealth services can be used for new patient appointments, follow up appointments, standard clinical care, counseling, patient education, Medicare wellness visits, and more.

Can a patient be signed in to eCheck in?

If the patient does have outstanding check in tasks, he or she can be automatically signed in and then prompted to complete eCheck-in.

Do you have to sign up for MyChart?

Although patient medical records will automatically be housed on the new Epic platform, each patient must sign up to use the MyChart application.

How long does it take to register for a CCH visit?

Provide your email to CCH staff during your next visit. Within 36 hours of your visit, you will receive an email invitation to register.
