This access cannot be granted at time of registration. The HPOA must provide copies of their legal documentation to the HIM department

Join the Prevent T2 Lifestyle Change Program offered by Harnett County Health Department beginning Tuesday, January 4 th 2022 at the Governmental Complex located at 309 W Cornelius Harnett Blvd in Lillington. To reset your password, go to the Patient Portal login screen. Enter your username and password, place a check mark in the box “Change My Password,” then click “Login.”. You will be prompted to enter a new password. Please follow the password requirements on the password reset screen.

From 1990 to 2018 the CWPPRA Program, a joint federal and state effort, has authorized 214 coastal restoration and protection projects.
On the evening of orientation, parents and students separate so that students can begin bonding within their new community and parents can receive information relating to the CRMS experience. Parents will have a chance to socialize with one another and with current parents.

The Patient Portal allows CRMC to share parts of your medical record online safely and conveniently. This service provides the ability for you to view your information over the Internet in a secure and confidential manner. You can access the Patient Portal from any PC with an Internet connection.
Click the “Logout” link at the top left side of the page. The “Login” screen will appear verifying that you logged out successfully. You may then exit from the Patient Portal page.
The purpose of the weekend is to give students and their families an opportunity to be together in the school community and to meet with teachers and advisors, visit classes, listen to speakers on parenting and college counseling topics, and participate in the life of the school.
