School entry, sports, camp, boy/girl scouts, and college/nursing physicals - self pay pricing as can not be filed through insurances.

Occupational Medicine

When drug screen or TB testing is required alongside a physical, test/screening will be completed prior to the physical. Employee will be required to have at least 2 separate visits between 48-72 hours apart to accomplish TB testing. Companies may pay for services or patient may self pay - unable to process these services through medical insurance.

Immunizations

Series of 3 vaccinations, will require 3 separate visits. Age 18 and up.

Worker's Compensation

Whether we are your first visit after your accident, or you are following up post-hospital, we will establish a customized care plan with a dedicated return to work philosophy.

Rapid COVID Testing
