Patient Portal. Mercy’s Patient Portal allows you to view parts of your electronic medical record from anywhere with Internet access. It provides personal health information about recent services you received at Mercy Hospital. Information for a specific visit to the hospital will be available 24 hours after discharge.
Patient Portals should NOT be used during medical emergencies, call 911 instead for immediate attention.
