What is patient portal?

Patient Connect Portal by Life Image is provided to patients through a sponsoring organization such as a hospital, health system, physician group, insurer or employer . After attending your appointment at a Lake Imaging clinic, you will receive an SMS text message or email with information that will enable you to activate your private account.  If you do not wish to activate your account simply delete this message and nothing more will happen.

How to request an appointment at a radiology clinic?

The ‘Request an Appointment’ feature allows you to arrange a booking at one of our radiology clinics. Simply select the type of imaging service required, choose your preferred location, time and date, then upload a photo of the referral form provided to you by your doctor. Once submitted, a member of our staff will contact you to book and confirm the appointment.

Lake Images is new technology available to patients attending a Lake Imaging clinic for radiology testing. It enables you as the patient, secure access to your personal medical images following your scan, via your smartphone or device.

How to activate Lake Images?

If you choose to activate your account, follow the prompts and download the Lake Images APP from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to your smartphone or tablet device. Then follow the steps of the account activation process. Once activated, you will be able to securely access your images using the Lake Images Patient APP on your smartphone, or online via our web portal www.lakeimages.com.au

Where is Lake Imaging stored?

All Lake Imaging patient information is stored at a highly secure Australian Tier IV Data Centre. Lake Images is GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant. Other people cannot sign into your account using your phone number or date of birth, as you will have set a secure password during the account activation process.

What is myimages online?

myImages Online gives you the flexibility to access images and reports from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. You are able to share images and reports while conveniently storing them in one, secure location.

How to access a minor child's account?

You will have the ability to access a minor child’s account by completing the activation by using the child’s personal information and your cell or email associated with the child’s account. If you are unsure if your email and/or cell is on your child’s account, please contact us.

When will my health exam images be available?

Yes, your images are available if your last exam was after March 15, 2020 and you provided us with your email and/or cell number. Please follow the instructions at https://healthimages.com/myimages to login and view your records.

Can imaging center consult with you?

Your imaging center is not able to consult with you regarding your images or reports.
