Any qualifying patients who are not enrolled in the Cigna Sleep Management Program by 11/2/2020 will not show as active in the SleepUM Portal.
31: Yes, providers should send CareCentrix their secondary claims for services rendered to commercial patients prior to the transition. Additional information on secondary claims can be found on the Provider Manual.
