The Children's Mercy patient portal provides you access to your child's health information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Benefits include: Reschedule or cancel an appointment. View lab results. Message your care providers. View medication list. Download visit summaries. See immunization history.
You can enroll in the patient portal online or through printed forms. We'll provide directions for both. If you have a patient portal account for one child, you can add additional children to your account. We'll help you get started. We can help you get access to patient portal accounts for patients over the age of 18.
Children’s Mercy is at the forefront of research to understand the possible genetic links to NEC and create the potential for more targeted care of infants who are susceptible, including treatment to help them avoid the disease altogether.
Patients who have turned 18 years old and access for parents needs to be authorized by the patient. Patients who are not able to give consent and a guardian needs access to their patient portal account. Questions? We are here to help!
