Valet Parking

CentraState Medical Center offers free valet parking for patients and visitors. Valet parking attendants are stationed near the admitting entrance at the front of the hospital and at the Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus side entrance. The service is offered weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

How many parents can be with a child in the hospital?

Two parents or guardians may be with the child during the day. The support persons must remain the same for the duration of the visit. One parent or guardian may remain with the child overnight and throughout the duration of the inpatient hospital stay.

How many visitors are allowed in a semi private room?

In semi-private rooms, two visitors are permitted. If a patient has a support person, the support person plus one additional visitor is permitted. In private rooms, two visitors are permitted. If a patient has a support person, the support person plus two additional visitors are permitted.

Where is Liberty Cafe located?

Liberty Cafe. Conveniently located on the main floor of CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus adjacent to the medical center, the Liberty Café serves a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, snacks, and beverages, including specialty coffees and teas.

Can you use a cell phone in a hospital?

Yes. For the comfort and convenience of our patients, cell phone use is permitted; however, please refrain from using cell phones in patient rooms, waiting areas, elevators, or other areas that might disrupt patients. WiFi is available at CentraState Medical Center in certain areas throughout the hospital.
