This patient portal is new for us and will allow you to schedule, cancel or modify certain appointments by accessing your private link to our practice. Many labs and answers to some questions can be sent to you via this secure messaging system. It is not e-mail and is secure as required by the federal government.

Central Washington Family Medicine currently has limited availability for new patients, please call with any questions. Clinic Hours. Central Washington Family Medicine (Yakima) is currently open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

Patient Portal Authorized Representatives

For Patients Who Are Minors: Due to federal and state confidentiality laws, patients who are between the ages of 14 and 17 are not required to disclose certain types of medical information to parents/legal guardians.

What is CWFM in medical?

CWFM is the clinic where…. The family medicine residents and faculty care for their patients. You will be assigned to one of these physicians. Since they all have teaching or learning duties outside the clinic, they have limited clinic times. To provide uninterrupted care for you, we have four teams within the clinic.
