To further support our communities, Center for Medical Imaging has two facilities located in the Portland metropolitan area – one located in the Tanasbourne area of Hillsboro, and our Bridgeport facility located in Tigard.

What is CDI patient portal?

The CDI patient portal offers convenient access to appointment information and exam results. Now, when you log in to the portal, you’ll also notice a new look and more user-friendly experience.

Can you change your password on a patient portal?

If you are an existing patient portal user and are using an email as your login name, you will be prompted to change your username and create three security questions. These security questions will better protect your account, and allow you to reset your password on your own in case you forget it in the future.
