Caring Medical is blessed to have an incredible team of providers who are dedicated to providing highly effective, individualized treatment plans that relieve pain and help patients return to sports, work, and activities quickly and safely.
So the cost would be $900 plus $600 per hip.
Often people call us because they have exhausted the limited available insurance-based testing and treatment options. Their local doctors do not know how to do much more than manage their symptoms, or they must go to the ER when symptoms become unbearable, often to no avail. In medicine, there have always been many out-of-network treatment options for any given condition. But when the in-network option worked to resolve a symptom, a person doesn’t have a reason to go searching for additional types of treatment options. They just go on with their life- makes sense! Unfortunately, the more complex a cervical issue becomes, the more expensive it is to test and treat. Because degenerative pain conditions are a progressive disorder, the longer the issue has been happening and the more invasive treatments that have been tried (steroids, botulinum toxin, surgery, etc), often the more complex the case becomes and more difficult to treat. Thus, the greater the need for a more experienced specialist who can comprehensively handle the case. Being able to see the areas of instability and degeneration involve various tests that require testing technology that is not cheap. Please understand that we are first and foremost trying to help you find answers to your health questions and determine an effective treatment that targets the structures that are causing the problem. The initial recommended test results can also be the determining factor in whether someone needs a $100k spinal surgery or $15k in Prolotherapy and curve correction. There is a massive difference in the cost of surgery and Prolotherapy, but we understand that there can be a sticker shock for any aspect of medical care for these cervical conditions. Our team will try to relay, to the best of our ability, what types of costs to expect based on the details of your case prior to seeing you as a patient. Upon seeing you in the office and reviewing the initial motion test results from our office (along with any additional outside test that may be recommended, like a CT venogram), we will be able to determine the cost of treatment and you will be informed of any costs prior to any treatment being performed. Respectfully, we understand that not everyone can afford specialty care for their condition. If moving forward with regenerative treatment options will cause you and your family too much financial strain, that would NOT be advisable. Only you and your family can decide together if pursuing regenerative options are “worth it” in your case to try and get to the root cause of the issue that has been plaguing you.
We are not a Medicare or Medicaid provider and claims for services received here cannot be sent to Medicare or Medicaid. We understand that this may be disappointing for patients to hear at first, but once you experience the difference in the quality of care and comprehensiveness of the treatment technique, it is easier to understand. Since Medicare/Medicaid have determined that they will not cover Regenerative Medicine services, including Prolotherapy, Caring Medical cannot be part of this system.
If you have private secondary insurance, you can submit the claim to them. The claim must accompany a letter of understanding with regard to services provided by Caring Medical and Medicare’s non-coverage of our services.
Caring Medical remains removed from cases such as workman’s compensation, auto accidents, and legal cases. Patients who choose to receive treatment at Caring Medical will be required to pay 100% at the time of service and will receive receipts for their services. Patients are responsible for filing their own claims.
For patients who would benefit from adjunctive therapies while undergoing H3 Prolotherapy, such as physical therapy or hormone testing, your Prolotherapist will refer you to a specialist based on your individual case. Please understand that we cannot offer recommendations for other Prolotherapy, PRP, or Stem Cell therapy doctors. The information we provide on our websites and videos pertains to the experience of our practitioners and the H3 Prolotherapy services only available here.
