Capstone Cottage opened in February 2015. Located near the heart of downtown Jasper, Capstone Cottage provides access to care for many individuals in the Jasper area.

New Patients

Capstone Rural Health Center is always accepting new patients with Commercial & Private Insurances, Medicare, Medicaid and Uninsured. Capstone provides all levels of primary & preventative health care services. Patients should arrive 30 minutes early to fill out all paperwork. Co-payments or Nominal Fee are due at time of service.
