How do I access my medical record in the patient portal?

Your CMRN can also be obtained by calling the Health Information Management Department at 609-303-4085 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.). For assistance with the new hospital portal after normal business hours, please contact Cerner Support at 866-550-7304 (4:30 p.m. - 8 a.m.).

Yes, NextGen, our Patient Portal partner recently changed the name of the Patient Portal from NextMD to NextGen Patient Portal. It is the same website offering the same secure messaging functionality.

What is NextMD (NextGen Patient Portal)?

NextMD is our secure patient portal. It gives you a way to contact our office about non-urgent requests through a secure web portal.

Is NextMD (NextGen Patient Portal) email?

No. NextMD uses a web portal (website) to send messages to your doctor and doctor's support staff directly to our electronic health record system. This allows staff to view your request alongside your electronic chart. It enables staff to see vital parts of your health record as they take care of your requests and respond to your inquiries.

How quickly can I expect a response to my message?

Patients should allow at least 3 business days to receive a response to their message. However, it is common for our physicians and staff to reply more promptly. If your message is urgent,requiring immediate response, please call your provider's office.

My User Name or Password is not working. What do I do?
