The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.

But before you do, please check that you’re attempting to access your patient portal from a desktop computer using a Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari browser. This may solve the problem. If not, your medical provider can supply additional assistance.

The BYU Student Health Center is staffed by 4 MD's and 3 DO's, 5 APRN's, and 1 Physician Assistant. Patients can usually schedule an appointment the same day or the next day in the main clinic, and may walk in to our Urgent Care Center, anytime between 8 am and 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday, and Saturdays 8 am to Noon without an appointment. We provide care for a wide range of medical problems and preventative healthcare. Examples include respiratory infections, sore throats, sinus infections, skin rashes, moles, warts, acne – including Accutane treatment, contraception consultations for birth control pills, IUDs, and implants, pre-marital instruction, pre-conception instruction, irregular periods, poly-cystic ovarian disease, infertility, well child checkups, circumcisions, immunizations, pre-mission physicals, work physicals, driver’s physicals, pre-professional school and graduate school physicals, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, ADHD, asthma, diabetes management, fractures, arthritis, sprains, back pain, headaches, urinary tract infections, kidney stones, high blood pressure, blood clots, thyroid disease, allergies, chest pain, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation. To satisfy the University's insurance requirement, you have several options: 1. Enroll in the BYU Student Health Plan. 2. Enroll in an Affordable Care Act compliant health plan provided by your parent's, your own, or your spouse's employer that covers you in Utah. 3.
Health Plan ID. The Health Plan ID helps students have access to all of the benefits of the Health Plan.
If your only health coverage is the BYU/LDSBC Student Health Plan, then you (or your parents, if you are a claimed tax dependent) may be subject to a tax penalty on federal income tax returns for the months you do not have minimum essential coverage. Students participating in internships, study abroad, or touring groups who do not return a properly completed form to BYU will be automatically enrolled and assessed the appropriate premium for the Away-from-campus Plan. The automatic enrollment will take place when the Health Plan Office receives a list from your department.
