Setting up your personal Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway account is simple. A request form asks you to provide basic information: your name, gender, birth date, telephone number, email address, home address, and your Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital health care provider (s).

Can I access my health information from a non-Mass General Brigham provider?

You may be able to access your health information from a non-Mass General Brigham provider if he or she is using the same electronic health record vendor (known as Epic). You will receive notification through Patient Gateway when your provider adopts the new functionality that allows you to request your medical records online.

In addition to showing your net pay, your electronic paycheck includes your accrued Benefit Time (BT), or paid time off; your pre-tax benefit deductions; and your pay distribution to your direct deposit account (s).

How to check my paycheck online?

You can also contact the PHS Central Payroll department for help at 617-724-9113. You can view your paycheck online through PeopleSoft using a PC at work or at home. To view your paycheck, use this link, which will take you directly to the page after you log into Peoplesoft.

Does BWH have a direct deposit system?

BWH has a “paperless” payment system, by which employees receive their pay electronically, with exceptions granted as needed. To set up your direct deposit, so that your pay goes directly to the bank or investment account you specify, please go to PeopleSoft, BWH’s self-service human resources information system.
