How do I request an invite to the patient portal?

MyHealthONE consolidates many common tasks into one secure, easy-to-use online patient portal. It gives you access to most of your medical records on your desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone 24 hours a day. Note that some medical records may only be available through our hospital Medical Records office.

CONFIRM - by clicking confirm, it lets the staff know you have confirmed your appointment.

When you receive a message from the LibreMD portal the e-mail sender will be "LibreMD Messages". You may need to check your junk or spam folders.
