Boynton offers both in-clinic and video telehealth appointments. Flu shot appointments. COVID-19, coronavirus test appointments. At this time, we are scheduling both in-clinic and video telehealth appointments. These are online visits with health care providers using secure audio/visual communications (University Health Care Component Zoom).

Health eAccess is a secure online patient portal that allows you to access your own and your minor children's doctors, medical clinics and health information at Boys Town National Research Hospital and Medical Clinics.
Parents and guardians can request proxy access to a patient's MyChart account by contacting the patient's primary care provider.
Please bring your insurance card, or a photocopy of both sides of your insurance card and the policy holder/subscriber's name and date of birth.
We can see you in-clinic for most appointments, including well-visits, and especially appointments that would otherwise be difficult to conduct via telehealth (eye concerns, ear discomfort, some skin conditions, genital/vaginal concerns).
If you do not have health insurance, you can enroll in a student health benefit plan. Contact the Office of Student Health Benefits.
Boynton Health is open to all students.
Under the University of Minnesota's Make-up Work for Legitimate Absence Policy, Boynton Health does not provide absence notes. The policy explains what you need to do if you miss class or coursework. Learn more about the absence note policy.
If you come to Boynton Health with coronavirus symptoms, DO NOT ENTER. Stop and call 612-625-7900 and someone will direct you further.
Patients are not allowed to bring guests to their appointments, with exceptions for interpreters, personal care attendants, and guardians accompanying a minor.
If you are already at Boynton for an appointment, visit the Patient Assistance desk on the main (3rd) floor. Boynton will be offering the Johnson & Johnson vaccine only.
