How to become a patient of Bluegrass Internal Medicine?

Before becoming a patient of Bluegrass Internal Medicine, one must fill out a preliminary patient acceptance form. You will be notified either by mail or by a telephone call of your acceptance. Upon being accepted you will be mailed a New Patient Packet.

What time do you call a physician?

A physician is also on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We encourage patients to call between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. unless it is an emergency. PATIENT APPOINTMENTS: Patients are encouraged to keep their appointments.
