What if I don’t have a BIDMC PCP or specialist?

- If you have been seen for services at BIDMC but don’t have a BIDMC PCP or specialist, or if you need assistance registering for PatientSite, please email patsite@bidmc.harvard.edu and include your name, date of birth and daytime phone number. We will help you register over the phone as soon as we are able to.

How do I log onto the original mysite patient portal?

To log onto the Original MySite, click here. To enroll in the Original MySite (to access records before 10/1/2018), click here. For hospital visits and appointments after October 1, 2018, you must sign up for the NEW MySite Patient Portal to view your health records.
