While you will continue to have access to the My Record Patient Portal, it will only include your historical health information (entered prior to August 1, 2015).

If you do not have a MyLaheyChart account, your provider can help you enroll. Telehealth. Visits between you and your provider that take place via third party, such as Google Hangouts or FaceTime. Telephone. Visits take place over the phone between you and your provider.
Patients may have up to two (2) visitors at a time. Children under the age of 18 may not visit unless they are visiting a hospitalized parent or sibling. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Visits are strongly discouraged while aerosol-generating procedures are being performed in the patient’s room.

Beverly has been called the "birthplace of the American Industrial Revolution ," as the site of the first cotton mill in America (1787), and largest cotton mill of its time.
