UCSF MyChart is offered as a secure online resource for your child's routine health care needs. MyChart can help you: Send a message to your child's doctor, the billing department, or receptionists.
We highly advise all of our patients get vaccinated as soon as they are able.
We want to thank everyone IN ADVANCE for their patience as we navigate a complicated situation with staffing, extra COVID-19 protocols and a very high call volume. We are grateful for the opportunity to care for you and your family... and extra thankful for your patience during this time!

The Patient Portal helps you take a more active role in your health care. Having a patient portal account helps us: 1 Create a more accurate record of your medical history 2 Educate you on certain aspects of your health 3 Provide a more efficient means of communication, eliminating sources of frustration such as phone tag 4 Allow you to print or download portions of your chart to take with you to other providers participating in your care, reducing the amount of paperwork you may need to fill out 5 Eliminates the amount of paper waste produced since documents, letters, and orders that might otherwise be mailed to you can be sent quickly and conveniently to your portal account
The Patient Portal provides you with secure, online access to portions of your medical records, as well as an easy and convenient way to communicate with the practice through a secure internet connection. Think of it as an online account for your doctor's office – similar to online banking accounts – where the information you view pulls from your own personal medical record. With the patient portal you will be able to: 1 Send and receive non-urgent messages, including test results and educational material 2 Easily note changes to your personal information, including phone number, address and insurance changes 3 Request a refill for a medication prescribed by a provider at the practice 4 View upcoming and previous appointments 5 View and/or print your current medications and allergies list
