Ortho Fast Track offers same-day and next-day appointments during our daytime hours for urgent orthopaedic care. If you require same-day care for sprains and strains, fractures, lacerations, dislocations, or sports and work-related injuries from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, please call one of our six convenient locations to schedule an Ortho Fast Track appointment. Parents/guardians may communicate with FPC providers and staff as you always have until your child reaches age 18.
For Patients Who Are Minors: Due to federal and state confidentiality laws, patients who are between the ages of 14 and 17 are not required to disclose certain types of medical information to parents/legal guardians.
For this reason, we find it necessary to ask our patients in this age group to complete a consent form naming a parent/guardian as their portal authorized representative. Without this consent from the minor patient, we will not be able to give parents/guardians access to the minor's portal. (Click the link below to access the form.)
