I have received Prolia from my provider for 5 years. Now, since Baycare has taken over my MD's practice, Prolia is not being given. So goes continuity of care. Apparently, Baycare deems Osteoporosis is out of my physicians area of practice. So I will go elsewhere for my primary care.
