To enroll, all you need is a secure Personal Information Number , or PIN. We’ll send you a secure PIN by mail after your visit — or we can email it to you as a part of your registration process, if you prefer. Once you receive your PIN, use it to complete your registration at MyBaptistConnect.com – the secure link will be listed in your instructions.
View your child’s medical records 1 Parents and legal guardians can request access to their child’s (newborn –11 years old) medical information. 2 Adolescents 12-17 years may have their own portal account. 3 Request access to the portal from your Baptist pediatric provider or visit any Baptist Health hospital registration desk. 4 You will be asked to show photo identification as the child’s parent or legal guardian and sign an authorization form. If the legal guardian is not yet established in the patient registration system, you will be asked to visit the Health Information Management (HIM) department at any Baptist Health hospital to show the guardianship court order.

Adults 18+ may grant access to their portal account to another adult.

Making an appointment at a clinic is now easier than ever. Use the MyChart patient portal to schedule an appointment, request an appointment or cancel an upcoming visit with your primary care physician. Prior to your scheduled visit with your provider, you can use eCheck- In to update insurance information, medications, allergies, fill out questionnaires and sign documents.

You submit a questionnaire, medical records and a course of treatment and your provider will message you with next steps. An e-visit costs $35. It is a flat rate fee payable by credit card or Health Savings Account (HSA). If the provider determines that you need to schedule an in-person visit, your card will not be charged. The $35 fee does not include the cost of other services such as laboratory testing, prescription medications, or x-rays, if any are needed. Your provider will not refill medications, address chronic conditions, or prescribe controlled medications through an e-visit.
You can send a message to your primary care provider if any follow up questions arise regarding a current health concern. You will also be able to receive letters when needed, including school excuses, work excuses or referral letters.
To request access to Baptist Gateway, simply complete the BAPTIST GATEWAY PATIENT PORTAL ACCESS REQUEST FORM. This request form must be sent to BaptistGatewaySupport@BaptistFirst.org from a valid email address (cloud messages are not accepted) or returned in-person to the facility's Health Information Department from which you are requesting your records. Please allow 7 to 10 days to process your request.

Patient mail is delivered directly to your room. Mail received after discharge will be forwarded to the patient address on file.
Our hospital chaplains are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., to provide spiritual support during your stay. We also have a chaplain on call 24/7. In the case of emergency or crisis, please notify your nurse who will have a chaplain paged.
Sibling visitation is permitted from 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. when accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult.
The Gift Shop is located on the first floor and is stocked with a variety of items to brighten anyone's day. We update our inventory frequently to assure fresh choices and interesting gifts. And, you can call the Gift Shop to order gifts for hospital patients and have your gift delivered to their room on the same day with no delivery charge.
As a patient, you have the right to have a support person present and visitors. This person is designated by you and may include, but not be limited to, a spouse, a domestic partner, another family member, or a friend. Your nurse or physician will let you know if having a support person or visitor may be restricted to provide safe care to you or other patients. The reasons for any restrictions should be explained to you.
