MyChart is a free patient portal that combines your Baptist Health medical records into one location. The easy-to-use online tool helps you manage your health by connecting you with providers and giving you access to lab results, appointment information, video visits with providers, current medications, and more from your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
The myBaptistHealth portal is currently transitioning patients to a new login system. Once your account is transitioned you will receive an email with instructions to choose a new password. Use the MyChart patient portal to schedule an appointment, request an appointment or cancel an upcoming visit with your primary care physician. Prior to your scheduled visit with your provider, you can use eCheck-In to update insurance information, medications, allergies, fill out questionnaires and sign documents. If you would like to sign up and don’t have an After Visit summary from your physician or a Baptist Health facility, visit MyChart to get an activation code. Once you have your activation code, you can setup your username and password on the MyChart website .
To login to MyChart, visit mychart.baptisthealth.com. Once on the page, enter your username and password that you setup when your created your account and click Sign In.
