What is mybaptisthealth?

MyChart is a free patient portal that combines your Baptist Health medical records into one location. The easy-to-use online tool helps you manage your health by connecting you with providers and giving you access to lab results, appointment information, video visits with providers, current medications, and more from your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

Does Baptist Health support the Apple Health Records app?

Baptist Health Hardin requires that every patient who wants access to their medical records from Baptist Health Hardin present in person to verify their identity, along with any dependents, if they are going to be included on the account. Once verification has occurred users will be able to see medical records dated back to November 2012.

What kind of care does Baptist Health urgent care offer?

How do I enroll in My BHH Record?

Registering In-person:#N#The preferred method of enrollment in the My BHH Record patient portal is through the registration process as an inpatient or outpatient at Baptist Health Hardin. Upon registration every patient who requests access to their account will be sent an electronic invite via an email.

I registered on website, but I am unable to schedule appointments, ask a question, etc.?

In order to use the advance features of the site like prescription refill, schedule appointments, eVisits and messaging, a user must have an established relationship with a health care provider who utilizes My BHH Record. Just as the community is starting to enroll in My BHH Record so are healthcare providers in our community.

Can I add my spouse, child under my account or should they setup their own account?

Please do not add anyone to your account (spouse, adult, child, etc.) unless you have the appropriate consent to view their health record information, and they are a dependent for whom you manage all healthcare communications.

How can I remove a family member from my list?

If you have inadvertently added a family member as described above to your account, you can remove them by: Signing in to your account#N#Clicking on the family member’s name under “Health Records”#N#Clicking on “Remove This Family Member” in the left hand column under “Actions”#N#Clicking on “Confirm Removing This Family Member”

If you would like to sign up and don’t have an After Visit summary from your physician or a Baptist Health facility or an activation code, you can still sign up for MyChart. If you've been a Baptist Health patient, your MyChart account will connect to your medical record.

You also may import information from MyChart into other applications that, with your permission, can use that data to help you manage your care, medications, nutrition and more.
