To access myBaptistHealth, you need access to the Internet, an email address and personal information to help identify yourself. *Prescription renewal through the myBaptistHealth patient portal is currently only offered to Baptist Health Medical Group AND Miami Cancer Institute patients.
But do not worry, you can still obtain your records from the CMC Medical Records Department or from your Conway Physicians Group providers office. Conway Medical Center and Conway Physicians Group have become members of the South Carolina Health Information Exchange (“SCHIEx”).

Use the MyChart patient portal to keep up-to-date with your health information, immunizations, allergies and medications. With MyChart, you also have access to request a prescription refill for a current medication, view your conditions and your plan for care, add/ remove medications and allergies.
From the MyChart homepage, select Visits and then Register for My Delivery.
MyChart lets you view your child’s or another adult’s health information by completing an authorization form for proxy access and submitting it to MyChart services.
Making an appointment at a clinic is now easier than ever. Use the MyChart patient portal to schedule an appointment, request an appointment or cancel an upcoming visit with your primary care physician. Prior to your scheduled visit with your provider, you can use eCheck- In to update insurance information, medications, allergies, fill out questionnaires and sign documents.
You submit a questionnaire, medical records and a course of treatment and your provider will message you with next steps. An e-visit costs $35. It is a flat rate fee payable by credit card or Health Savings Account (HSA). If the provider determines that you need to schedule an in-person visit, your card will not be charged. The $35 fee does not include the cost of other services such as laboratory testing, prescription medications, or x-rays, if any are needed. Your provider will not refill medications, address chronic conditions, or prescribe controlled medications through an e-visit.
Pre-register for labor and delivery with expected delivery date and location. If you have not signed up for MyChart, call 501-202-2299 to get a medical records number (MRN) created for you.
You can send a message to your primary care provider if any follow up questions arise regarding a current health concern. You will also be able to receive letters when needed, including school excuses, work excuses or referral letters.

For example, Baptist Health supports the Apple Health Records app on iPhone , which makes it easy for patients to see their available medical data from multiple providers whenever they choose.
As previously noted, on July 1st, 2017 Conway Medical Center and Conway Physicians Group began using a new Patient Portal. The records stored on the previous Patient Portal did not transfer to the new Patient Portal. But do not worry, you can still obtain your records from the CMC Medical Records Department or from your Conway Physicians Group providers office.

To enroll, all you need is a secure Personal Information Number , or PIN. We’ll send you a secure PIN by mail after your visit — or we can email it to you as a part of your registration process, if you prefer. Once you receive your PIN, use it to complete your registration at MyBaptistConnect.com – the secure link will be listed in your instructions.
View your child’s medical records 1 Parents and legal guardians can request access to their child’s (newborn –11 years old) medical information. 2 Adolescents 12-17 years may have their own portal account. 3 Request access to the portal from your Baptist pediatric provider or visit any Baptist Health hospital registration desk. 4 You will be asked to show photo identification as the child’s parent or legal guardian and sign an authorization form. If the legal guardian is not yet established in the patient registration system, you will be asked to visit the Health Information Management (HIM) department at any Baptist Health hospital to show the guardianship court order.
Adults 18+ may grant access to their portal account to another adult.
The MyChart portal offers patients the ability to securely view and print/download portions of their medical records, such as physician notes and diagnostic testing results. The content currently includes most clinical notes and test results. The use of the MyChart portal is FREE. Your information is securely stored on MyChart indefinitely.
The Health Information Management Department (aka Medical Records Department) can assist you with obtaining a copy of your record. Please be ready to provide photo ID when requesting records.
Baptist Health contracts with CIOX to fulfill requests for medical records. This secure portal allows patients to request all or part of a medical record and it can be delivered electronically or through the US Postal Service.
