Payment Forms

We offer a number of convenient payment options for our patients which make it easy to afford any care you may need.

Club

Many of our patients don’t have dental insurance, so we created our monthly subscription membership club to help them budget for their preventive dental care.

Lifetime Activation Fee covers your first month

Membership clubs are not insurance but a payment arrangement provided by Heather Cline, DDS, PC for services rendered. Memberships are provided exclusively to uninsured patients of our practice and shall not be considered pre-payment for future services or payment for access to discounted services.

Heather Cline, D.D.S

A Southwest Missouri native, Dr. Heather Cline graduated from UMKC School of Dentistry in May 2001. Heather is a 1994 graduate of Marshfield High School. She attended college at Southwest Missouri State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology.

Justin Denney, D.M.D

Dr. Denney grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Denney completed his undergraduate studies at the Nevada State College and then was accepted into dental school. He attended UNLV School of Dental Medicine, receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
