To access your patient portal, you must first find and select the state where you received care. We’re committed to providing you with personalized, compassionate care and access to your medical records online. Here you’ll find information for Ascension patients.

How do I pay my Austin heart bill online?

If other arrangements are needed, contact the Austin Heart Business Office at (512) 206-4300. You can also use our secure Online Bill Pay option to pay current statement balances online. How do I access advanced pain care's patient check-in forms?

In order to expedite the patient check-in procedures, Advanced Pain Care offers downloadable patient forms. Patients are advised to fill out these forms at home, and bring the forms with you to your next appointment. You must have Adobe Reader to view some of these forms. What is a patient portal?

Your patient portal information includes a summary of your care at the hospital or your doctor’s office, including: Active medication list, allergies, vaccinations and procedures. Future appointments.

Government issued ID required for verification purposes. If you are unable to log into My Seton Health, please call our 24/7 support line at 877-621-8014. If any of your medical information is incorrect, please notify your doctor or contact Health Information Management at 512-324-1004.

New patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download, print, and complete the forms prior to your appointment. Please bring the completed forms, a list of all medications you are currently taking, recent copies of x-rays, lab results, photo ID and your insurance card to your appointment.

Medication Refills

Please contact your pharmacy for refill requests. Your pharmacy will fax us the request and your refills will be processed within 72 hours. You may also request refills on the patient portal.

Billing

We require payment of your co-payment and past-due account balances at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards. (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.)

Insurance

We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and I.D. with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.

After-hours & emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911. However, if you need after-hours advice for a medical concern, please call (512) 347-7463 and our answering service will assist you.
