What is the patient portal and how do I use it?

Helping enhance communications between students and the health and wellness team, is the Patient Portal. With an account, this secure and confidential digital portal provides students the opportunity to: Schedule and access appointments for health care. (Please call 315.443.8000 to schedule a Counseling or Health Care appointment.)

What is ASU Health Services?

ASU Health Services is dedicated to the well-being and educational success of each individual student by providing high-quality health care that is accessible, affordable and compassionate. Medical Providers are available to Arizona residing students through in person and Telehealth options

Who can use the ASU student button?

ASU staff can use the ASU student button once your account has been configured by ASU Health or Counseling Services. Non-ASU affiliates can request credentials at the front desk of any Health or Counseling location.

Can I upload my insurance card to the patient portal?

You can upload your insurance card. Please see the directions on how to upload your insurance card in your Patient Portal. If you are not an ASU Student and would like to obtain a portal account please contact ASU Health Services.

How many doctors are there at ASU?

Our more than 20 physicians and nurse practitioners are board-certified in emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, neurology, orthopedics, rheumatology and sports medicine. In addition, ASU Counseling Services offers confidential, personal counseling, and crisis services for students experiencing emotional concerns, problems in adjusting, and other factors that affect their ability to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Is Mayo Clinic a part of ASU?

ASU and Mayo Clinic are working together to launch the Mayo Clinic and ASU COVID-19 Initiative to provide timely health care information to students and employees on demand through the Mayo Clinic Health Information Library; to provide additional COVID-19 testing services to students and employees; and to collaborate on COVID-19 research projects and clinical trials.
