The AO Direct patient portal does not replace a consultation or scheduled appointments. The AO Direct patient portal is not checked on weekends. It is only checked during regular business hours.

How do I view and download hospital records?

View hospital records such as discharge summaries and notes about procedures, progress and consultations (including wound care, PT/OT/SLP, dietary, etc.) Download health records (history and physical) to easily share with doctors For some results not viewable online, please contact the hospital Medical Records department.
