We are accessible by the A, C, E, N, Q, R, J, Z, and 6 trains to the Canal St. Stop and by the 1 train at the Franklin Stop.
After business hours, your calls will be forwarded to our answering service. If your call is a medically urgent issue or an urgent issue concerning your mental health our on-call provider will contact you. If your call is not regarding an urgent issue, your primary care or mental health provider will contact you during business hours.

During your first appointment, your medical provider will focus on getting to know you. We will measure your blood pressure, height and weight, screen you for depression and will ask you about your health and your medical history. We will ask you for a list of the medications you are taking and will conduct a general examination.
