If you are an existing patient and would like to request an invitation to open a portal account please contact our office at 407-423-7149 and provide us your email address. If you are a new patient and do not complete your paperwork in advance through the patient portal please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to complete it.

When should I arrive for my appointment at APG health?
