I was also able to download the “official report”, where as the link you receive from DC is just a generic blurb. Since I was negative, it wasn’t super informative.. but it might be of interest if you were positive.
They give you a generic info sheet with a ID number on it but it doesn't have any information like a place for your name, date of test etc. I'm sure if you asked they could probably accomodate by getting a staff to date and sign off.
This. You don't necessarily have to create the Labcorp account before hand (but I imagine it helps). I needed a test to fly to Bolivia and they required proof of testing negative on a PCR Covid test. The Covid tests offered by DC Health are PCR tests but that info isn't stated in the blurb that DC health emails to you. However when you receive the result online through Labcorp you do get that info.
