How much do you have to pay for a self pay visit?

New patients who do not have health insurance coverage are considered “self pay.” As such, you must pay a deposit of $300.00 up front at the time of the visit. Payment must be made in cash, by credit card or money order (personal checks will not be accepted). Subsequent visits or surgery will require additional pre-payment. You will not be seen until payment is made.

How early can you cancel a dental appointment?

Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. We recommend that new patients arrive 10 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork. Patients who arrive more than 30 minutes after the beginning of their scheduled appointment time may need be rescheduled, and may be charged a late cancellation fee.

What happens if you don't have a referral?

If you do not have a referral in place when you arrive for your visit, you may be held responsible for full payment for your office visit or procedure, or your appointment may need to be re-scheduled.
