Does Alaska Women's Health release medical records?

We take the confidentiality of your medical records very seriously. Alaska Women’s Health will not release them in full or in part without your written consent. For questions about your medical records after becoming an Alaska Women’s Health patient, please contact our medical records department.

Do you need to register for Alaska Women's Health?

We require that all patients complete our registration form before seeing an Alaska Women’s Health provider, which includes your current insurance information.
