How do I retrieve messages from ABCD Pediatrics?

Once registered at the new portal, if ABCD Pediatrics needs to communicate with you about medical or administrative matters, we can leave messages for you at the portal, where you can retrieve them at your convenience by logging in to your account through a unique password.

Is the patient portal different from my pm pediatric care telemedicine account?

IMPORTANT: The patient portal is different from your PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine account. Your test results will NOT be available on PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine

How do I set up a portal login for a patient?

You will need your phone number and the patient’s date of birth to complete the setup and it must match the information provided for the patient’s chart. The email subject line will be “Portal login information from your doctor’s office.” If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

Our new patient portal is live for parents and patients! There is no request sent like last time and our office will need to invite users! Forms can be emailed to patientcare@abcpediatrics.org, faxed to 910-892-2929, dropped off or mailed to us at 104 Tilghman Drive, Dunn, NC 28334.

Here's how you use CHADIS: 1 Please log in to the patient portal before every appointment. 2 Click the CHADIS button to complete the questionnaires. 3 Completing CHADIS questionnaires before the visit is easier than completing them in the office. 4 It takes between 3 and 5 minutes to complete most of the questionnaires. 5 The CHADIS website is fully secure and HIPAA compliant. 6 Your pediatrician or nurse practitioner will discuss the results at the visit.
