What information can I find in the hospital patient portal?

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.

If you’re having issues locating your patient portal, the portal locator will help you find it. If you’re having issues logging into your patient portal, please contact your medical provider’s office for support.

How to enroll in the patient portal?

To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.

How are messages sent to your provider's office transferred?

All messages sent to your provider’s office are transferred via a secure server compliant with HIPAA standards.

Can you access read only medical records?

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records. Due to the sensitive nature of radiology and pathology test results, these are not available on the patient portal and must be obtained through the hospital’s Health Information Department.

Is RWJBarnabas Health a centralized portal?

RWJBarnabas Health is in the process transitioning all of our hospitals to a centralized patient portal called MyChart where all hospitals’ records will eventually be contained within one system for your convenience. Please be assured that you will always have access to your medical records.

Alyson is the Clinical Leader at Amoskeag Women's Health. She graduated from Rivier University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has over 15 years of nursing experience, including Labor and Delivery. In her spare time, she likes to be active and enjoys running, cycling, and playing with her three children.

If you’re having issues logging into your patient portal, please contact your medical provider’s office for support.

What do you do if you are an authorized caregiver?

If you are an authorized caregiver that needs help accessing a family member’s account, you will need to contact that family member’s medical provider for support.

Can you use a portal locator on a patient portal?

Yes. Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal.

LAUNCH at Amoskeag Health

LAUNCH Manchester provides this optional program to families with young children ages (0-8) and pregnant women who receive health services at Amoskeag Health. LAUNCH provides families with access to a variety of internal resources and external referrals to ensure all young children and their families have what they need to thrive.

Ready Set LAUNCH at Amoskeag Health

Ready Set LAUNCH is a FREE, one-time newborn home visit service available to all Manchester residents who give birth at the Elliot Hospital. After giving birth, families are introduced to the Newborn Navigator who will explain the service and inquire about scheduling the visit. Visits are currently occurring remotely.
